Sales Executive – Fertilizers & Chemicals

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling chemicals and fertilizers, building and maintaining relationships with clients in the agricultural sector, and identifying new business opportunities. • Build & maintain relevant database nationwide • Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers of fertilizers and micronutrients. • Drive sales and expand the customer base for chemicals and fertilizer chemicals. • Study the market, pricing etc. • Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence. Qualifications • Bachelors in any discipline. Knowledge of chemicals desired. • Experience in sales, client relationship management, and market analysis. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present product knowledge effectively and foster customer relationships. • Sufficient technical knowledge or background in agriculture, crop care, or chemical products is highly preferred. • Strong negotiation skills and ability to meet sales targets. • Prior experience in the fertilizer or chemical industry is an advantage but not mandatory. Salary • Rs 25,000 -30,000 P.M + performance linked perks
