Social Media Manager (Reels-Focused) 📍 Based in Kolkata | On-site / Hybrid We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who doesn’t just post — but understands what makes people stop scrolling. If you have a strong eye for content, a knack for shooting engaging reels, and understand how to turn everyday moments into scroll-worthy content, this might be for you. 🎯 What You’ll Do: • Plan and execute content strategy for hospitality & lifestyle brands • Shoot and direct reels (iPhone-friendly creators welcome) • Stay on top of trends and adapt them smartly (not blindly) • Coordinate shoots and manage content calendars • Work closely with brand owners to build recall & engagement • 🎥 What We’re Looking For: • Strong understanding of Instagram & short-form content • Confident with shooting reels (camera sense + framing + lighting basics) • Basic editing skills (CapCut / VN / InShot / Premiere, etc.) • Creative thinker who understands hooks & storytelling • Based in Kolkata (travel within the city for shoots required) • This role is for someone who wants to grow with fast-moving brands and build a strong portfolio.
