We are looking for an experienced Pan Asian Cum Indian Chinese Chef who can handle high-volume kitchen operations, maintain consistent taste, and manage food quality. The candidate must have strong wok skills, knowledge of authentic sauces, and the ability to manage kitchen staff efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook Pan Asian and Indian Chinese dishes (Indi Chinese, Thai, basic Asian)
• Maintain taste consistency, portion control, and presentation
• Handle wok cooking and fast-paced kitchen operations
• Manage kitchen staff and daily production
• Control food cost, wastage, and inventory
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI compliance)
• Create and improve menu items when required
• Maintain kitchen discipline and smooth service during rush hours
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–4 years experience in Pan Asian / Indian Chinese cuisine
• Strong knowledge of sauces, gravies, and wok cooking
• Experience in restaurant, hotel, or cloud kitchen
• Ability to handle bulk orders and pressure
• Team handling and kitchen management skills preferred
• Basic understanding of food cost and stock control
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Depends on experience and skill)
