You will be working as a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst in the web team at CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity. • *Role Overview:**
As a QA Analyst at CrowdStrike, you will play a crucial role in testing marketing websites for compatibility and responsiveness across various browsers, devices, and screen sizes. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing test plans, identifying and tracking bugs, conducting regression testing, and performing usability testing to enhance user interfaces.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform thorough testing of marketing websites across various browsers, devices, and screen sizes
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using issue tracking systems
- Conduct regression testing and proactively review the website for new issues
- Perform usability testing and stay updated with industry best practices
- Assist in developing and maintaining QA documentation
• *Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance for web development
- Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proficiency in using QA tools and excellent analytical skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Flexibility to navigate changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
