Senior Immigration Consultant

Job Title: Senior Immigration Sales Consultant - Croyez Immigration Services Location: Kochi, Ernakulam Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Immigration Sales Consultant to join our growing immigration firm. In this role, you will be responsible for leading consultations, driving sales, mentoring junior team members, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Your expertise and interpersonal skills will help individuals and families successfully achieve their immigration goals, making a meaningful impact on their lives. Key Responsibilities: • Client Management and Sales Execution: • Handle high-value client inquiries and provide personalized immigration solutions. • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and guide them through the immigration process. • Convert leads into successful sales by leveraging your experience in closing deals. • Stay updated on immigration laws and trends to provide accurate and timely advice. • Team Leadership and Mentorship: • Support and mentor junior sales consultants, sharing best practices and • providing guidance on client interactions and sales strategies. • Conduct training sessions to enhance the team’s understanding of immigration programs and sales techniques. • Process Optimization and Reporting: • Work closely with case managers to ensure seamless handovers and high client satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management. • Business Development: • Identify new market opportunities and assist in devising strategies to capture them. • Participate in networking events, seminars, and other promotional activities to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation. Qualifications: • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in immigration, consultancy, or a related field. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (a background in business, marketing, or international relations is advantageous). • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently while also being a team player. • Knowledge of immigration laws and processes is highly desirable. • Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Office Suite. • Fluency in English is a plus while Malayalam is mandatory.
