If you have experience generating business through platforms like Upwork and Freelancer and know how to convert leads into long-term clients, we’d love to connect with you! 🔹 Responsibilities:Bidding on projects on Upwork & Freelancer • Identifying quality leads and writing strong proposals • Converting prospects into clients • Taking client calls and understanding requirements • Creating project documentation (requirements, scope, estimations, etc.) • Coordinating and handing over complete project details to the concerned team member 🔹 Requirements:Proven experience in online bidding & client acquisition • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to understand technical requirements (Web & Mobile projects preferred) • Strong documentation skills • Must have your own system and stable internet connection • Self-driven and comfortable working remotely 🔹 Compensation: This is a commission-based opportunity (not salary-based).
