Early Childhood Educator

This is a full-time, on-site Early Childhood Educator role based in Kochi/Ernakulam at Cubs & Co. The educator will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. Responsibilities include: • Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning and play activities • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment • Support children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development • Monitor and document children’s progress and milestones Qualifications • Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Passion for working with young children • Experience in Montessori environments will be an added advantage • Relevant Montessori certification is preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
