Early Childhood Educator (Kochi)

This is a full-time, on-site Early Childhood Educator role based in Kochi/Ernakulam at Cubs & Co. The educator will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. Responsibilities include: - Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning and play activities - Create a secure, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment - Support children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development - Monitor and document children’s progress and milestones Qualifications - Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for working with young children - Experience in Montessori environments will be an added advantage - Relevant Montessori certification is preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
