Product Manager - Senior

DESCRIPTION Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. • For internal candidates: Engineering graduate or master’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering design and development. . RESPONSIBILITIES Skills and Experience Required for All Candidates • 2–4 years of experience in product management or a related role (external benchmark). • Proven experience defining product roadmaps and managing product backlogs. • Hands-on experience working in agile product development environments. • Experience tracking team-level metrics, KPIs, and delivery outcomes. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver outcomes through cross-functional teams. • Experience managing systems, tools, or platforms that enable user interaction and collaboration.
