Job Title: Healthcare Caller (Ayurvedic Process) Company: Cureayu Location: Gurgaon (On-site) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Description: Cureayu is looking for a dedicated Healthcare Caller to manage patient communication and support our Ayurvedic consultation process. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, understanding patient concerns, and coordinating with Ayurvedic doctors to ensure proper guidance and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls from patients and explain products/services • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, leads, and patient support • Understand patient health queries and route them to Ayurvedic doctors when required • Coordinate with doctors to ensure smooth consultation flow • Maintain call records, patient details, and follow-up notes in the system • Build trust with patients through clear and empathetic communication Requirements: • 0–1 year of experience in calling, telecalling, or healthcare support • Pharmacy / healthcare background preferred • Good Hindi communication skills (English basic understanding required) • Ability to understand patient concerns and explain solutions clearly • Comfortable working from office in Gurgaon Preferred Skills: • Experience in Ayurvedic / healthcare / wellness industry • Basic knowledge of medicines or patient handling • Strong listening and convincing skills Good salary + Incentives
