1. Dispensing Medications
2. Accurately fill prescriptions prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers
3. Verify dosage, drug interactions, and patient allergies
4. Ensure proper labeling and packaging of medications
5. Patient Counseling
6. Explain how and when to take medications
7. Inform patients about possible side effects
8. Provide guidance on drug interactions (including OTC and herbal products)
9. Answer medication-related questions
10. Reviewing Prescriptions
11. Check for accuracy and legality
12. Identify potential drug interactions or contraindications
13. Contact prescribers if clarification is needed
14. Medication Management
15. Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness
16. Recommend changes to optimize treatment
17. Manage chronic disease medications (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
18. Clinical Responsibilities (Hospital/Clinical Pharmacists)
19. Participate in patient rounds with healthcare teams
20. Recommend drug therapy plans
21. Adjust dosages based on lab results
22. Prepare IV medications and specialized compounds
23. Administrative & Regulatory Duties
24. Maintain patient records
25. Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
26. Manage inventory and control expired medications
27. Supervise pharmacy technicians and interns
28. Preventive Healthcare Services
29. Administer vaccines
30. Conduct health screenings (blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol)
31. Provide smoking cessation counseling
32. Compounding Medications (if applicable)
33. Prepare customized medications
34. Mix topical creams, suspensions, or sterile preparations

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
