Junior Quality Control Chemist

One of our clients is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented fresher (0–1 year experience) in chemical testing to join our Quality Control team in the soybean processing industry. If you understand lab discipline better than lab theory, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: • Routine chemical testing of soybean seeds, crude oil, DOC (De-oiled cake), and finished products • Testing parameters such as Moisture, Oil Content, FFA, Acid Value, Peroxide Value, Protein, Ash, etc. • Maintain proper lab records and documentation • Ensure adherence to SOPs, GLP, and safety guidelines • Assist in calibration of lab equipment • Support quality compliance and audit requirements Qualification: • B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry / Food Technology / Biotechnology • 0–1 year experience in chemical testing (preferably edible oil / soy industry) Desired Skills: • Basic knowledge of titration methods and analytical procedures • Understanding of IS standards / FSSAI norms (basic level) • Good documentation practice • Discipline and willingness to work in plant environment What We Offer: • Practical industry exposure • Learning opportunity in edible oil & soy processing • Growth path in Quality & Production Management
