This role goes beyond rewriting — it involves understanding client goals, identifying achievements, and positioning profiles strategically for better career outcomes. The Writer will be responsible for creating high-quality written content, which includes resumes, cover letters, and professional profiles. Responsibilities include conducting research, crafting custom-tailored content, editing and proofreading for precision, and collaborating with clients to understand their career goals and strengths effectively. The Writer will also contribute to developing compelling content strategies to enhance profiles and communicate professional narratives. Key Responsibilities Client Understanding & Consultation • Interact with clients to understand career goals, experience, and target roles. • Conduct structured discovery to identify achievements, strengths, and positioning gaps. • Provide guidance on profile positioning and improvement areas where needed. Resume & Profile Development • Create tailored resumes aligned with target roles and industries. • Convert responsibilities into impact-driven achievement statements. • Ensure ATS-friendly formatting, keyword alignment, and clarity. • Develop multiple versions when required for role targeting. LinkedIn & Supporting Documents • Optimize LinkedIn profiles for positioning and visibility. • Create summaries, headlines, and supporting career documents (cover letters, profiles, etc.). Quality & Consistency • Maintain high standards of grammar, tone, and professional communication. • Ensure logical flow, readability, and strong narrative structure. • Follow brand guidelines and internal writing frameworks. Required Skills & Experience • 2–5 years of experience in resume writing, career content writing, content writing, or professional writing roles. • Strong English writing, Editing and Proofreading skills to ensure accurate and polished content • Effective communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to extract achievements and quantify impact from raw information. • Understanding of ATS optimization and job description alignment. • Strong skills in Research, Content Strategy, and understanding client requirements • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field • Ability to meet deadlines and work in an on-site team environment • Experience interacting with clients or stakeholders professionally. • High attention to detail and structured thinking.
