You are an experienced IT Recruiter focusing on Digital, Data, and Salesforce skill sets. Your role involves end-to-end sourcing and recruitment for roles within these domains, supporting corporate hiring requirements, and working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver quality profiles within defined timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - End-to-end sourcing and recruitment for Digital, Data, and Salesforce roles. - Strong exposure to corporate hiring environments. - Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases. - Screen profiles, assess technical fit, and align candidates with role requirements. - Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication. - Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports. - Work closely with stakeholders to meet hiring SLAs and delivery expectations. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 45 years (not more than that) of hands-on IT recruitment experience. - Strong sourcing knowledge across Digital, Data, and Salesforce roles. - Prior experience supporting corporate clients is mandatory. - Good understanding of technical skill mapping and screening. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Must be available to join immediately.
