Role Overview We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric. This role focuses on developing production-ready models, integrating them into data platforms, and working closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who understands applied machine learning, cloud-based deployment, and enterprise data environments, and who is comfortable working in client-facing delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Azure and Microsoft Fabric Build end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preparation, training, validation, and inference Collaborate with data engineers to integrate ML solutions with Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Lakehouse architectures Develop and deploy models using Azure Machine Learning, Python, and related frameworks Implement model monitoring, performance tracking, and retraining strategies Translate business problems into measurable ML use cases and technical solutions Work closely with stakeholders to explain model behavior, limitations, and outcomes Follow engineering best practices for versioning, testing, and documentation Support production deployments using CI/CD and MLOps practices Contribute to reusable accelerators, templates, and internal best practices Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role in production environments Strong proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, etc.) Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning and Azure-based deployments Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques Experience working with structured and semi-structured data at scale Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, or Synapse Understanding of MLOps concepts such as model versioning, monitoring, and automation Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Clear communication skills, especially in cross-functional teams Nice to Have Experience delivering ML solutions in consulting or client-facing roles Knowledge of Power BI integration with ML outputs Experience with real-time or batch inference systems Exposure to generative AI, Azure OpenAI, or NLP use cases Microsoft certifications in Azure, Data, or AI Why Join Cyann.ai Work on real-world AI and ML projects using Microsoft platforms Join a focused Microsoft partner with strong technical ownership Opportunity to influence solution design and delivery standards Collaborative environment with experienced data and cloud engineers Competitive compensation and clear growth paths
