CMS Developer( WordPress & Shopify)

Job Role: Backend CMS Developer (WordPress & Shopify) Experience: 1–2 Years Location: Mohali, Sector 67 Work From Office Profile Overview We are looking for a backend-focused CMS Developer with hands-on experience in WordPress and Shopify to build, customize, and maintain server-side logic, integrations, and backend systems for websites and e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities • Develop, customize, and maintain backend functionalities for WordPress and Shopify projects • Build and modify WordPress plugins, custom post types, and backend modules • Handle Shopify backend logic, app integrations, and store-level customizations • Implement and manage REST APIs and third-party backend integrations, including CRM systems • Manage WooCommerce backend workflows, order processing, and payment logic • Write and optimize database queries and manage MySQL effectively • Ensure backend security, data integrity, and performance optimization • Debug backend issues and improve system reliability • Collaborate with frontend teams strictly for backend–frontend integration Skills Required • Proven experience in backend development using WordPress and Shopify • Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL for server-side development • Hands-on experience with WordPress plugin development and customization • Understanding of Shopify APIs, backend workflows, and store logic • Experience working with REST APIs and third-party backend integrations • Knowledge of backend security best practices • Familiarity with Git or version control systems • Basic frontend understanding only for integration purposes (not a frontend role) Educational Qualification Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year Benefits: • Paid sick time • Paid time off Application Question(s): • Should have worked on Backend • Should have worked on Custom themes, Plugin, Store logics, Shopify, Liquid, API, Javascript, AJAX and JQuery.
