Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist, based in Ranchi. The role involves the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities include managing network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, safeguarding network security, and providing technical support to team members. Collaboration across teams to enhance system performance and facilitate smooth operations will be a core part of the daily tasks. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Network Administration and Network Security, with a focus on maintaining secure and efficient network infrastructures. • Proficient in Information Technology operations, with the ability to install, configure, and maintain IT systems. • Problem-solving skills in Troubleshooting, ensuring timely identification and resolution of technical issues. • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide technical support to team members. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are advantageous. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
