Content Creator – Digital & Social Media (Design Focus)

Position Overview We’re looking for a Content Creator – Digital & Social Media who can turn ideas into eye-catching visuals tailored for online platforms. The role primarily involves designing static images and short-form content (such as Reels or thumbnails) for blogs, social media posts, and digital ads using tools like Canva or similar platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, layout, and brand consistency, along with the ability to conceptualize creative visuals based on content briefs. Key Responsibilities • Design static images, social media posts, blog visuals, banners, and ad creatives using Canva or similar tools. • Create basic short-form content such as Instagram Reels or YouTube thumbnails using easy-to-use platforms (e.g., CapCut). • Work closely with the marketing team to visualize ideas and align graphics with campaign goals. • Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms. • Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Canva AI, ChatGPT, etc.) to support faster content creation when needed. • Stay updated with popular design trends and formats on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. • Deliver quick turnaround on multiple assets in a fast-paced marketing workflow. Qualifications & Skills • 1–3 years of experience in content creation or digital graphic design. • Good design sense, creativity, and visual storytelling ability. • Proficiency with Canva or similar drag-and-drop tools (basic Adobe knowledge is a plus, not mandatory). • Basic familiarity with tools like CapCut for short videos is helpful. • Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into clean, engaging visuals. • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple deadlines. • A portfolio showcasing social media designs, blog visuals, or digital marketing creatives is a must.
