We have an urgent requirement for Lead Technical Recruiter Only Candidates with an agency background may apply ONLY BANGALORE CANDIDATES NEEDS TO APPLY • Shift Timings Indian shift 09:30 AM 06:30 PM. • Monday to Friday • Job Location – Bangalore (Only Bangalore candidates need to apply) • Work Type: Work from Office • Budget: Up to 8 LPA Job brief We are looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams. Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions. Responsibilities • Write and post technical job descriptions • Source potential candidates from different platforms • Manage the entire recruiting workflow from pipeline generation to closing the position. • Probe to understand key requirements and develop sourcing strategies. • Good knowledge of Technologies, Technical Roles and technical skills. • Evaluate/Screen candidates for a technical and cultural fit; Understand candidates job preferences and prepare small write-ups to present the candidates to hiring / Account Managers. • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities. • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions) • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs. • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates. • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals. • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work. • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements • Ensuring on time delivery, identifying gap areas and must communicate issues to respective heads that may impact the deadlines and also suggest viable solutions. • To be the initial point of contact for candidates, educate them/answer their questions regarding the company, the project, the opportunity, and the work environment. • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products. Requirements • Excellent Business Communication Skills (Speaking, Writing & Reading). • Excellent negotiation skills. • Experience: Minimum 5 Year Experience in Hardcore Domestic IT / Technical end to end Recruitment (No Industry / Domain change) • Must be open to work under pressure and structure data steadily (on HRMS tool, Excel etc.) should be good in reporting & analysis. • Must have worked on Mid Level, Manager Level, Niche & Super Niche profile • Must have experience handling a team of recruiters • Must be from an agency Background • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured) • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) • Solid understanding of HR practices and labour legislation • Any Graduate, MBA in Human Resources Management preferred.
