You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, and ensuring accurate stock control at DailyObjects. Your role will involve managing day-to-day warehouse operations, implementing inventory control systems, optimizing warehouse layout, and overseeing inbound & outbound logistics. - Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. - Ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment and movement across locations. - Implement robust inventory control systems to minimize shrinkage, pilferage, and discrepancies. - Conduct periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile variances. - Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency, space utilization, and safety compliance. - Oversee inbound & outbound logistics, coordinating with vendors, transporters, and internal teams. - Implement SOPs for warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality. - Monitor workforce productivity, allocate resources, and drive process improvements. - Maintain records of stock levels, damaged/returned goods, and generate MIS reports. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations. - Work closely with the supply chain and procurement teams to forecast demand and plan stock levels. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. - 10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle product industries. - Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP/WMS software. - Proven ability to lead warehouse teams and manage large-scale operations. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and vendor management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines.
