As a Front Office Trainee/Intern, your role will involve various responsibilities related to front office management, security oversight, and administration. • *Role Overview:** You will be responsible for greeting and managing all visitors with professionalism and courtesy, handling telephone operations efficiently, and ensuring the upkeep and smooth functioning of reception, lounge, and boardroom areas. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Manage daily manpower deployment and monitor security staff. - Coordinate with security vendors for escalations and issue resolution. - Oversee billing, compliance, and documentation related to security. - Manage keys, track incoming couriers, and maintain related records. - Oversee printing, stationery, and office supply requirements. - Support event planning and coordination with relevant teams. - Maintain floor discipline and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. - Serve as the first point of contact for all facilities-related inquiries. - Supervise cafeteria management and resolve concerns promptly. - Generate accurate daily reports for management review. • *Qualification Required:** - Bachelors degree (mandatory). - Exposure to customer service, facilities management, stakeholder management, front office, receptionist, or administrative roles is required. Additionally, you should have proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities. A problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking, a customer-oriented approach, and a professional attitude are also key skills required for this role.
