Law Intern

Role Description We are looking for a Law Intern to support agreement drafting, legal documentation and basic research work. The role includes assisting with legal paperwork, intellectual property documentation and business-related legal tasks. Key Responsibilities • Help in writing basic agreements like NDAs and MoUs • Assist with paperwork for utility patents and design patents • Maintain the organization of legal documents and files • Prepare simple notes, summaries and basic reports • Optional: Help review investment-related documents such as term sheets • Optional: Assist with simple tasks related to company shares and basic company rules • Work with team members or outside legal professionals when needed Qualifications • Pursuing or completed LL. B / BA-LLB / BBA-LLB or equivalent • Basic understanding of agreements and common legal terms • Good writing and drafting ability • Ability to conduct legal research and present findings clearly • Familiar with MS Office and common work tools Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 months Work Location: In person
