HR Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities: • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing and screening candidates. Manage heavy outbound calling to potential leads and conduct initial interviews. Negotiate salary terms and convince candidates regarding job opportunities. Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment trackers using MS Excel. Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide suitable profiles. Requirements: • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy setup. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities to close positions effectively. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
