Company Description We are a newly established podcast and video production studio based in Vadodara, focused on producing high-quality long-form and short-form video content. Our studio specializes in podcast production, video storytelling, and digital content creation for online platforms. We are building a small but passionate team that values creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of visual storytelling. Responsibilities • Edit multi-camera podcast recordings • Sync audio and video footage • Cut and structure long-form podcast episodes • Create short-form clips for social media (Reels / Shorts) • Add basic graphics, titles, and transitions • Perform basic color correction and audio balancing • Export videos optimized for YouTube and social platforms • Manage and organize project files efficiently Requirements • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro • Knowledge of After Effects is a plus • Understanding of multi-camera editing workflows • Ability to maintain deadlines and manage editing timelines • Strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications • Experience editing podcasts or YouTube content • Knowledge of social media video formats • Basic motion graphics skills Job Details Location: Vadodara (On-site preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Mid-level to Senior (2-5 Years of Experience) Application Process Interested candidates can apply by sharing their portfolio or showreel demonstrating their editing work.
