Responsibilities: • Learning and Development: Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning to gain a solid understanding of your role and the technologies used at DataCouch. • Project Support: Collaborate with senior team members to assist in various projects, tasks, and assignments related to your department and the following technologies. • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and data analysis to support reports, presentations, and recommendations. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of your work, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to learn from their expertise, share insights, and contribute to team objectives. • Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements in processes or efficiency within your area of responsibility. • Adaptability: Embrace new challenges and responsibilities as you explore different aspects of your department and the organization. Technical skills: • Core Skills: API Integration, Python, SQL, Scripting, GPT-based tools, Virtualization technologies • Automation Tools (Good to Have): Langflow, n8n, or similar workflow automation platforms • Cloud Platforms (Good to Have) : AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • DevOps Tools (Good to Have) : Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Terraform Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (BTech, BCA, CSE, BE, BSc) in a relevant field from an accredited institution. • A strong desire for continuous learning and personal/professional growth. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Willingness to take on challenges and think creatively to solve problems. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and dynamic tasks. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
