🚀 About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Tech Lead to architect, build, and scale our backend systems. This role requires strong expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure (AWS), DevOps practices, and team leadership. You will be responsible for designing scalable architectures, building secure APIs, managing infrastructure on AWS, and leading the backend engineering team. ⸻ 🔧 Responsibilities 🧠 Architecture & System Design • Design scalable and maintainable backend architectures • Define database structure and system boundaries • Plan for high availability and performance • Ensure security best practices ⚙ Backend Development • Build and maintain RESTful / GraphQL APIs using Node.js • Implement authentication & authorization • Optimize database queries • Code reviews & technical standards ☁ Cloud & AWS Experience working with: • Amazon Web Services (AWS) • EC2 • RDS • S3 • Lambda • CloudWatch • IAM • VPC • Load Balancers Ability to: • Design scalable cloud infrastructure • Estimate infrastructure costs • Secure cloud environment 🔄 DevOps • CI/CD pipelines • Docker containerization • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform is a plus) • Monitoring & logging setup • Deployment automation
