About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the International Voice Process in our Contact Center team. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customer calls, resolving queries, and delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
• Provide solutions to customer queries and complaints.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Accurately document call details and update customer records.
• Meet daily performance and quality targets.
• Follow company policies and communication guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills:
• Experience in International Voice Process or BPO environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
