Job Title: Graphic Designer (Not the Boring Kind) Location: Bengaluru (IRL + Digital Universe) Team: DayOne – NPD Type: Full-time Who Are We? We build brands from zero to cult. From startup ecosystems and pitch festivals to wellness brands, food courts, leadership programs, and investor decks — we design experiences that look like they belong in 2030. Canva? Yes. Template-thinking? No. We love designers who can level it up. If moodboards, motion, gradients, and clean grids excite you — keep reading. What You’ll Actually Do Not “make posters.” You’ll: • Design brand identities from scratch (logo → brand system → rollout) • Create scroll-stopping Instagram content (no cringe stock photos) • Design pitch decks that don’t look like corporate funerals • Build event branding (festivals, expos, startup summits) • Experiment with motion graphics & kinetic typography • Work on UI mockups when needed (bonus if you understand UX basics) • Turn chaotic founder ideas into visually stunning executions Sometimes you’ll design: • A women’s wellness brand campaign • A startup ecosystem magazine cover • A Gen-Z food court brand • A leadership program identity • A merch drop • A reel concept No two weeks look the same. You’re Perfect If You: • Think in aesthetics first, execution second • Understand composition, spacing, hierarchy (this is non-negotiable) • Can create clean minimal AND loud experimental designs • Actually care about typography • Know Figma / Illustrator / Photoshop (After Effects = bonus points) • Can explain why your design works (not “it looks nice”) If you say “vibes” but can’t align grids, we’ll notice.
