Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Enterprise Assistant to the CEO (German Speaking). The role involves providing executive administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating communications, organizing and preparing documents, and overseeing office administration activities. The assistant will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensure seamless daily operations. Qualifications • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to manage schedules, meetings, and priorities effectively. • Strong Communication skills in English and German to facilitate interactions with stakeholders across different regions. • Exceptional Organization Skills to handle a diverse range of tasks, maintain records, and manage time efficiently. • Experience in Office Administration to coordinate and optimize daily operational activities. • Proficiency in office tools and software, such as MS Office Suite. • Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities independently with attention to detail. • Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with cross-border collaboration is a strong advantage.
