Finance MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities - Finance MIS & Reporting  Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review  Track financial performance and conduct variance analysis  Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and management reports  Compile, consolidate, and analyze financial data from multiple departments  Provide financial insights to support management decision-making  Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial information Coordination & Data Management  Coordinate with Accounts and other departments for financial data collection  Validate and reconcile financial data before reporting  Support budgeting and forecasting activities  Assist internal and external audits by providing MIS reports Required Skills & Qualifications -  Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent)  2–4 years of experience in Finance MIS or reporting role  Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial statements  Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Analysis)  Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications -  Experience in EPC, Manufacturing, or Project-based organizations  Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Key Competencies  Analytical mindset  High attention to detail  Strong coordination and communication skills  Ability to work with large datasets  Deadline-driven and able to work in fast-paced environment Coordinate with - +91-XXXXXXXXXX Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year Benefits: • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
