This position is open to retired Army personnel who are looking to leverage their extensive experience in administration, operations, and leadership in a civilian setting. The Administration Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operational workflow, and providing support to various departments within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Manage and coordinate administrative functions, including document handling, filing, and office supplies. Ensure that office systems and procedures are followed to maintain efficiency and accuracy. Supervise office staff, delegating tasks as needed and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner. Document Control: Oversee and manage the maintenance of official records, ensuring compliance with organization policies and legal requirements. Prepare, edit, and review official documents, reports, and correspondence. Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information at all times. Operational Support: Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring administrative policies and procedures. Coordinate and manage meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all logistical requirements are met. Handle communication and coordination between departments and external stakeholders. Personnel Management: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new administrative staff. Maintain employee records, manage attendance, and ensure compliance with company policies. Provide general support to HR-related functions. Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards within the office. Help implement and maintain security protocols, including monitoring access control and safeguarding assets. Financial Administration: Assist with budgeting, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective administrative solutions. Manage petty cash, office expenses, and procure necessary office supplies and equipment. Project Coordination: Lead or assist in various administrative projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. Track progress and provide regular updates to management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Eligibility: Retired Army personnel with a background in administrative, operations, or leadership roles. Proven experience in office administration, project management, or related fields. Strong understanding of organizational structure, procedures, and compliance standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools. A keen eye for detail and a high level of organization.
