About the job: Secondaries Data Analyst Experience: 2 to 7 Years Scope of Work Secondary Vertical Implementation • Support definition of the secondaries data model alongside onshore stakeholders • Build and maintain the Excel-based staging tracker for secondaries investment data • Automate workflows connecting multi sources into consolidated workbook • Collect, validate, and review incoming data against defined specifications • Document data specifications, validation rules, and review procedures as standards evolve • Assist with migrating validated data into Everest or other on-system tools Database Enrichment and Archiving • Archive secondaries pricing and diversification databases • Map net new funds from the pricing database (currently name-only) to on-system and off-system IDs • Resolve naming ambiguities using market data providers and internal records • Ensure pricing records in the Excel/Access model are correctly tied back to funds and companies • Build lookup and matching logic to monitor completeness and accuracy of mappings over time • Assist in building SQL based retrieval tools Required Skill Sets • Familiarity with secondary investments or financial accounting • Familiarity with market data providers • Advanced Excel / Power Query • Python (pandas) • AI Prompt Engineering • Operational work • Attention to detail • Organized record keeping • Strong communication skills • Data reconciliation • SQL Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: • have minimum 2 years of experience Salary: Competitive salary Experience: 2 year(s) Deadline: 2035-01-01 00:00:00
