Freelance Textbook Curriculum Writers (Grades 1 & 2)

Careers Subjects: English | Math | Environmental Studies | Hindi Roles and Responsibilities • We are seeking experienced curriculum textbook writers who can freelance with us for writing and structuring textbook chapters based on subject and grade-level competencies. • The candidates should have deep subject knowledge and experience in educational publishing. • Use age-appropriate language, visuals, and engagement strategies. • Develop content that is factually accurate, conceptually clear, and pedagogically aligned. • Ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone and style across chapters. • Align content with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and NCF 2023 guidelines. Experience and Educational Qualification • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject (English/Math/Science/Hindi). • Minimum 10 years of teaching and/or curriculum development experience in the subject area. • Prior experience in developing content for K–12 textbooks or working with educational publishers. • Understanding of pedagogical practices and tools relevant to the primary grades. • Familiarity with NCERT curriculum goals and the latest NCF 2023 framework. • Proficiency in MS Word or Google Docs.
