About the Role As Product Lead – Transporter TMS, you will own and evolve our Transporter TMS into an AI-native, Agentic system for transporters. The product today spans: Indent Management, Carrier Procurement, Compliance, and Billing. Your mandate is to transform these modules from workflow-driven tools into an AI-supervised, exception-based system — where intelligent agents operate within defined guardrails and humans intervene only when thresholds are breached. A critical part of this role is deeply understanding the needs of operational users — many of whom may not be digitally savvy — and embedding AI seamlessly into their day-to-day workflows. The objective is not to make users adapt to the system, but to design the system so it works for them. AI should reduce cognitive load, simplify decisions, proactively surface actions, and quietly automate complexity in the background — enabling transporters to operate more efficiently without fundamentally changing how they work. In parallel, you will shape the product to support a strong Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion. The goal is to build a Transporter TMS that is enterprise-grade in capability, yet intuitive enough for rapid self-serve adoption — where AI accelerates time-to-value, minimizes implementation friction, and enables ecosystem-driven expansion through marketplace participation. What you will do: • Create the vision, define the product roadmaps, and own execution of product solutions for a global user base • Lead cross-functional teams in close partnership with engineering and design • Engage directly with customers to uncover operational pain points, identify automation opportunities, and drive portfolio expansion aligned to measurable business outcomes. • Drive structural changes in the SDLC to leverage advancements in AI — embedding AI across PRD/TRD generation, code development, testing and QA. Key Requirements • Undergraduate degree in engineering or a related technical discipline from a Tier-I institute, MBA preferred • 8+ years of product management experience in internet startups / SaaS products / supply chain organization or e-commerce • Experience in building and scaling SaaS products/ solutions from the ground up • Strong communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, multi-task and prioritize • Sound business judgment, attention to detail, proven ability to influence others, demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives, and a strong analytical mindset • Demonstrated ability to turn customer needs and pain points into innovative products • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, along with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and the conviction to drive them to completion is crucial for this role • Domain knowledge of logistics (and TMS) is preferable, but not a qualifying criteria
