Role & Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding). • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives. • Coordinate interviews and act as a bridge between candidates and hiring managers. • Build strong relationships with potential hires and represent our company culture. • Collaborate with HR to design and implement effective hiring strategies. • experience in c2h positions is mandatory. Requirements • Graduate/Postgraduate degree (HR specialization preferred). • 1–3 years of recruitment experience ((freshers with strong communication skills may apply). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
