Integration Business Analyst-Regulatory Reporting and Capital Markets (Report Hub)

Job Description An Integration Business Analyst works directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the technical components of implementation to the DC Report Hub. The Integration Business Analyst will act as the primary technical contact for the clients technical SME, whilst collaborating with the DC Integration Consultant. Primary contact to ensure delivery of all onboarding activities through to go-live. Job Requirements What You'll Do Client facing; Partner with the Integration Project Manager (IC), Consultancy Services (if deployed) during the pre-sales and implementation phase to understand client mapping and configuration requirements to ensure work effort estimates are accurate, Report Hub design can support clients’ needs and the UAT environment is configured to client needs. Escalates appropriately embedded within AGILE mapping, configuration changes and defects impacting delivery and issue resolution during the mapping and UAT phases as required. Partner with DC PM, Client and Sapient IC to ensure version control, completeness, and accuracy of mapping master sheet. Support triaging of UAT issues and defects related to mapping completed via the UI tool. Represent Integration on all client mapping and technical calls Internal Mapping: Complete 1-2-1 field mapping, hardcoding values and light deriving of fields as well as the approval of all mapping work applied via the Web UI Tool. Represent Integration on internal cross functional team meetings to provide detailed updates on status of mapping completion (by Jurisdiction and asset class), in addition collate reporting on mapping related defects their route cause and solution proposed during UAT phase. Work closely with the Sapient IC on fields requiring bespoke mapping Internal Architecture: Propose SFTP folder & filenames, number of MQ Queues, MQ dynamic required, source system names to be created (Valuations, collateral Products, LE, CP & RD), Transformation strategy names, Event mapping, Destinations to be created Internal UI Config: Create source systems, Create Transformation strategies, Create Destinations, Create Event/Template mapping, Submitting entity setup. Create JIRA user stories for any scenario requiring Sapient IC assistance, e.g., complex or XSLT mapping. Create JIRA user stories for all other bespoke additional requirements encountered during onboarding Sound Like You? • Minimum of 5 years of related experience • Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience Additional Qualifications 5-10 years of related experience in the Financial Services industry preferable • Must have extensive client facing experience with proven ability to effectively manage client expectations and concerns • Working knowledge of EMIR/SFTR/CFTC/MAS/ASIC/MiFID trade reporting regulation • Working knowledge of agile methodology an advantage • Understanding of the end-to-end Institutional post trade Derivatives lifecycle highly desirable • Experience with similar business/application messaging systems and protocols (e.g., CSV, SQL, MQ, Sftp, MS azure, XLST) an advantage • Understanding of Vendor platform source system data format highly desirable • How We Work: Delta Capita is an equal opportunity employer.
