Process Associate- Insurance Verification

Job Title: Process Associate- Insurance Verification • Qualification: 10+2/Any Graduate • Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans (PPO, HMO, Medicaid, Medicare) • Familiarity with ADA codes, coverage types, fee schedules, downgrades, and benefit interpretation • Ability to verify eligibility, frequencies, limitations, deductibles, waiting periods, and annual maximums • Experience with dental software (Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft) • Strong communication, accuracy, and attention to detail • Ability to handle walk‑ins, add‑ons, and emergency verifications • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and email tools Experienced – Preferred: • 1–2 years in dental/medical verification • Knowledge of dental terminology • US dental office/RCM experience • Ability to manage high‑volume verification tasks • Familiarity with benefit breakdown templates -Skills: • Good Knowledge of Computers • Good Typing Speed • Average communication skills • Quick Learner Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month Benefits: • Food provided • Provident Fund Application Question(s): • Do you have computer knowledge?
