Role Description
To drive sales and revenue growth for premium dental products by developing and maintaining strong relationships with dental surgeons, doctors, clinics, hospitals, and commercial establishments while ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention and market share expansion.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
• Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for premium dental products.
• Identify potential leads, prospects, and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to dental professionals, clinics, and hospitals.
• Strategically upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with dental surgeons, orthodontists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Maintain regular contact with clients through visits, calls, and digital communications.
• Market Development and Intelligence:
• Analyze competitor products, pricing, and promotional strategies in the market.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and feedback to inform catalogue development and marketing strategies.
• Expand the customer base by targeting new dental practices, hospitals and commercial units.
• Product Knowledge and Training:
• Maintain deep knowledge of premium dental products, including technical specifications and clinical benefits.
• Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal staff, where required.
• Stay updated with the latest dental industry developments, regulations, and technologies.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for the management team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines in all sales activities.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to drive initiatives and promotions.
• Share market insights, client feedback, and sales best practices with the team.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to convey product value effectively and build long-term relationships
• Proven experience in Sales, including consulting and demonstrating products to meet client needs
• Exceptional Customer Service expertise with a focus on client satisfaction
• Proficiency in Account Management and Business Development to secure and grow key business relationships
• Results-driven mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Proven track record of working in sales-focused environments, ideally in healthcare or consumer products
• Knowledge of premium dental care products is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
