AI Quality Analyst (Personalization) - Chinese / Japanese / Korean / Thai

Destinare Services is hiring AI Quality Analysts to evaluate personalization features in AI models. The role involves designing multi-turn prompts using personal context and evaluating AI responses for accuracy, grounding, and helpfulness. Candidates must be fluent in any one of the following languages: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Thai. Key Responsibilities • Design conversational prompts (1–5 turns) to test AI personalization • Evaluate side-by-side model responses • Identify hallucinations and incorrect personalization • Write structured evaluation rationales • Verify AI data usage and maintain data hygiene Required Skills • Native / Fluent in Chinese OR Japanese OR Korean OR Thai • Strong analytical and evaluation skills • Experience in AI annotation / content moderation preferred • Excellent written communication • Attention to detail Education Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics / Journalism / Computer Science / Policy / Analytics or related field.
