Pharma Warehouse Incharge (Surveyor Colony)

Key responsibilities: - **Inventory Management**: - Receiving and verifying incoming shipments of medications against purchase orders. - Accurately storing medications according to proper rotation and temperature control guidelines. - Performing regular inventory checks and addressing discrepancies. - Managing stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. - **Order Processing and Distribution**: - Processing customer orders efficiently, including picking, packing, and labeling medications. - Coordinating with shipping carriers for timely delivery. - Ensuring accurate documentation and labeling of all shipments. - **Compliance and Quality Control**: - Maintaining adherence to all regulatory standards related to pharmaceutical storage and distribution (e.g., GMP, GDP). - Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to prevent medication errors. - Managing expired medication disposal protocols. - **Staff Supervision**: - Leading and training warehouse staff on proper handling and storage of medications. - Assigning tasks and monitoring employee performance. - Addressing safety concerns and promoting a safe working setting. - **Reporting and Analysis**: - Generating reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment metrics, and warehouse operations. - Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Collaborating with other departments to optimize inventory management and distribution processes.
