Restaurant Development Project Specialist (Haryana)

Position Name: Project Manager - Capex & BOQ Total Experience: 4 to 6 years Job Location: Devyani International Ltd, Sector 35, Gurgaon Job Purpose: We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Project Manager – Capex & BOQ to manage restaurant and retail development projects. The role involves preparing BOQs, managing Capex budgets, coordinating with design and execution teams, and ensuring timely project delivery in line with brand standards and cost guidelines. The candidate should have solid experience in cost estimation, project execution, and vendor coordination within F&B; or retail environments. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare BOQs, Capex estimates, and cost analysis for new restaurant and retail projects. - Review preliminary plans, layouts, elevations, and GFC drawings to ensure alignment with brand guidelines. - Conduct site visits for technical feasibility, measurements, and project assessment. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants during design and execution stages. - Monitor project budgets, Capex utilization, and cost optimization opportunities. - Ensure all projects comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. - Oversee site execution to ensure project completion within defined timelines and budgets. - Support the team in vendor negotiations, material finalization, and procurement planning. - Maintain project documentation, BOQ records, and database of ongoing and upcoming projects. - Identify opportunities for cost savings, value engineering, and efficient resource utilization. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. - 4–6 years of experience in project management, Capex planning, and BOQ preparation, preferably in F&B;, retail, or hospitality projects. - Strong expertise in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and project budgeting. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools. - Good understanding of construction drawings, materials, and site execution processes. - Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within strict timelines. Preferred Skills: - Experience in restaurant / retail store rollout projects. - Knowledge of MEP coordination and construction drawings. - Experience in vendor management and cost optimization.
