Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist based in Vadodara. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes, conducting quality control and auditing activities, and ensuring adherence to quality management standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will support the development and enhancement of quality protocols and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Qualifications • Demonstrated expertise in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management processes • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and experience in Quality Auditing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Capability to work collaboratively with teams and independently in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience • Knowledge of compliance standards and practices in cybersecurity or technology domains is an asset • Strong written and verbal communication skills
