Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Exhibition Sales Executive based in Lucknow. The Exhibition Sales Executive will manage and execute sales activities during exhibitions, engage with clients to understand their preferences, showcase the product range, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role includes fostering long-term customer relationships, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to maximize reach and impact during events. Qualifications • Proven sales skills, with the ability to engage and convert prospective clients • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships • Basic understanding of fashion trends and Chikankari or interest in traditional art forms • Time management and organizational abilities to manage sales activities efficiently • Prior experience in exhibition or retail sales is a plus • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including spreadsheets and CRM tools • Confidence to work in a fast-paced environment with clients of diverse backgrounds
