Tele Caller Executive

Job description: Core Responsibilities • Making calls to prospective students and parents to introduce various educational programs and courses. • Guiding aspirants on course selection, eligibility, and career pathways based on their interests and backgrounds. • Persuading leads to attend seminars • visit the campus or complete the admission and enrollment process. • Tracking and updating lead statuses daily in MS Excel. Requirements & Skills • At least a Bachelor’s degree in any stream, or a related field, may accept 12th-pass candidates with strong communication skills. • Fluency in English, Hindi and regional languages. • High patience, empathy for student concerns, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
