Job Title: Fashion Designer / Sales Staff (Experienced / Fresher) Location: Kakkanad, Kochi Job Type: Full time Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer (experienced or fresher) who can confidently handle customers and coordinate with the stitching unit. The candidate will act as a bridge between customers and the production team, ensuring designs are executed accurately and delivered with quality. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to understand their design requirements and preferences - Suggest suitable styles, fabrics, and design options based on trends and customer needs - Take accurate body measurements and maintain measurement records - Understand fashion terminology, garment styles, and current trends - Prepare design instructions and coordinate with the stitching/tailoring unit - Ensure smooth communication between customers and stitching unit - Monitor fittings, alterations, and final delivery - Maintain professional customer relationships and provide excellent service Requirements: - Fresher or experienced Fashion Designer can apply - Diploma/Degree in Fashion Designing or related field preferred - Knowledge of fashion terms, fabrics, styles, and measurements - Good communication and customer-handling skills - Ability to coordinate with tailoring/stitching team efficiently - Attention to detail and sense of style Preferred Skills: - Boutique or custom design experience - Knowledge of ethnic and contemporary wear - Ability to manage multiple client orders How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply with their resume and portfolio (if available).
