As an Intern, Data Science at the leading premium drinks company with over 200 brands sold in nearly 180 countries, you will have the opportunity to explore, collaborate, and innovate to build brands that consumers love. You will work alongside talented digital professionals to push boundaries, innovate, and create career-defining work. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of data. - Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights. - Develop and implement statistical models. - Create visualizations to communicate findings effectively. - Support ongoing projects leveraging Python, SQL, and Excel. Knowledge of Azure cloud stack is a plus. • *Core Requirements:** - **Statistics Knowledge:** Understanding of fundamental statistical concepts such as regression, ANOVA, clustering, timeseries, tree-based techniques, etc. - **Data Science Knowledge:** Knowledge and experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning algorithms. - **Programming Skills:** Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis. Understanding in any of the Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) for Data Science projects development & deployment. - **SQL Proficiency:** Ability to write complex queries for data extraction and manipulation. - **Excel Expertise:** Strong skills in Excel for data organization and basic analysis. - **Visualization Capability:** Ability to develop dashboards in PowerBI (or any Viz tool) and present insights. • *Experience / Skills Required: Additional Qualities:** - **Analytical Thinking:** Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - **Communication Skills:** Ability to present findings clearly through both written reports and presentations and present to senior stakeholders. - **Team Player:** Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - **Curiosity & Learning Attitude:** Eagerness to learn new tools and techniques in the field of data science. - **Time Management:** Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • *Qualifications:** - Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related discipline. - 2 years of prior experience.
