Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Recruiter, located in Ghaziabad. The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with stakeholders. The role involves developing recruitment strategies, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The position requires strong collaboration with hiring teams and a proactive approach to attract top talent. Qualifications • Proficiency in talent sourcing, recruitment strategies, and candidate evaluation • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills • Experience with applicant tracking systems and database management • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment best practices is an advantage • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Prior experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist is highly desirable
