You will collaborate with educators, parents, and school leadership to ensure an inclusive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning experience for every child. Identify and support children with special educational needs through observation and assessment Design and implement individualized learning plans (IEPs)suited to preschool-aged children Work collaboratively with preschool educators to adapt classroom activities for inclusivity Ensure a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment for all children Uphold Dibber's values, policies, and child protection guidelines We are looking for a compassionate professional who believes in early intervention, inclusion, and child-led growth. Qualifications & Experience • Graduate in Special Education / Psychology / Child Development / Related Field • Certification or training in Special Education preferred • 0–2 years of experience working with young children (freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome) Strong understanding of child development and inclusive practices Patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence Basic proficiency in MS Office / digital documentation If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children and believe in inclusive education, we would love to hear from you.
