PPC Manager (Google Ads Manager)

Digi Hawks Marketing looking for a PPC Executive who is a "Google Ads Specialist" at heart but knows Meta Ads inside out. You will manage global campaigns across the US, UK, Australia, and India. We need someone who understands that a "winning" ad in the US looks very different from a winning ad in India. What You Will Do • Google Ads: Manage high-intent Search and Shopping (PMax) campaigns. - Research keywords that global customers actually use. • Meta Ads: Build and scale Facebook & Instagram campaigns. - Test different "hooks" and video styles to stop the scroll. - Manage international budgets (US/UK/AU) without overspending. • Global Optimization: Switch between different time zones and currencies. - Write ad copy that sounds like a "local" in the UK or Australia. • Tracking: Use Meta Pixel, GTM, and GA4 to make sure every lead is tracked. What We Need From You • 1+ year experience in a performance agency. • Proven results in the US, UK, or AU markets (this is a must). • Creative Mindset: You can tell a designer exactly why an image isn't converting. • Technical Setup: You know how to set up pixels and conversion APIs. • Good Communicator: Must have hands on English communication, as you also be responsible to get on calls with international clients.
