Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate - Paid Marketing Specialist based in Pune, Maharashtra. The role involves executing paid marketing strategies for real estate clients, developing effective marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing digital advertising efforts, both in Meta and Google . The candidate will work closely with sales and marketing teams and contribute to meeting business objectives through data-driven insights and marketing innovation. Qualifications - Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends and develop strategies. - Very Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads - Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively. - Experience in Sales and Marketing showcasing the ability to meet targets and grow brand performance. - Analytical mindset for monitoring and optimizing campaign performance metrics. - Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and marketing tools is an added advantage. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. - Previous experience in real estate marketing or a related industry is mandatory. - Pretty fair experience handling real estate lead generation with ad budget up to 25 lakhs.
